Holiday Trend Research
Every seasonal collection starts with understanding the cultural moment. We studied modern cozy holiday trends — from "The Joyful Collective" aesthetic with rich red and gold accents, to "A Softer Season" with blush, sage, and natural wood tones.
This research defined the dual personality of the Joyvive collection: View A — artisan traditions with deep crimson and gilded gold; View B — whimsical tales with frosty blue and gingerbread tan.
Product Design & Brand Identity
Translating holiday inspiration into a tangible product system — materials, colors, packaging, and brand typography, all unified under the Joyvive identity.
From Sketch to Structure
The display concept began on paper. Our team hand-drew the A-side and B-side of the end-aisle stand — mapping product placement, shelf heights, and visual flow to maximize impact.
Side A features baking tools and the iconic 3D cookie tree centerpiece. Side B showcases character kits, treat toppers, and holiday tubes — creating a "walk-around" shopping experience.

Every detail finalized — from material libraries and pricing structure to sustainability commitments and customer testimonials. A complete brand world, ready for production.
Display System & Logistics
The final step before the shelf: engineering the display for real-world logistics. We designed a stable, interlocking stacking system — 12 kits per pallet, LTL shipping compatible, under 60 inches total height.
Retail-ready packaging uses reusable wood pallets, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, and recyclable LDPE stretch wrap — balancing protection with the brand's sustainability commitment.
